Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact AEVUM within 48 hours of delivery with photos, packaging details, order number, and carrier information.
Review outcomes
After review, AEVUM may issue a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or denial depending on documentation, carrier status, product condition, and compliance requirements.
Canceled orders
Orders canceled before fulfillment may be refunded to the original payment method. Orders held or canceled for compliance reasons may require additional review before funds are released.
