Shipping Policy

Protective fulfillment, lot matching, and tracking are used to keep research orders organized from checkout to delivery.

Processing window

Orders are reviewed before shipment. Most approved orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, weather delays, carrier interruptions, and compliance holds.

Protective handling

AEVUM selects packaging and handling practices according to the product, destination, order size, and seasonal conditions. Carrier and service level may vary by order.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking details are sent when an order is released to the carrier. The purchaser is responsible for providing a secure delivery address and retrieving shipments promptly after delivery.

Shipping limits

AEVUM may restrict shipment to certain addresses, jurisdictions, forwarding services, PO boxes, or locations where delivery, storage, or product use may be inappropriate or prohibited.

AEVUM may update these policies as operational, carrier, regulatory, or compliance requirements change. Customers are responsible for reviewing the current policy set before placing an order.
